Jeffrey V. Moak serves as President of PM/CM at Red Brick and is a recognized leader in program and construction management with more than 38 years of experience guiding major capital development programs across the United States and internationally. He directs Red Brick’s strategic growth in program management, project management, construction management, planning, design oversight, stakeholder engagement, and risk management for large, complex initiatives.
Jeff is known for his ability to lead high-performing teams, adapt to evolving program requirements, and navigate challenging political and operational environments. His collaborative, forward-thinking approach consistently improves value, reduces risk, and delivers results that exceed client expectations. He is widely respected for developing effective delivery strategies and strengthening coordination across diverse stakeholder groups.
His global background includes senior leadership roles with major international PM/CM organizations, overseeing aviation, infrastructure, industrial, and capital development programs throughout the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East. With a strong foundation in engineering, business, and modern PM/CM practices, Jeff brings technical depth, global insight, and proven leadership to every program he supports.
