Heidi M. Moak is the Chief Executive Officer and principal owner of Red Brick Consulting. With more than 35 years of leadership and operational expertise, she has built a firm recognized for delivering large-scale capital programs with precision and trust.
As CEO, Heidi directs all facets of Red Brick’s strategy and performance, guiding multidisciplinary teams across aviation, transportation, education, healthcare, commercial, entertainment, and government markets. Her oversight extends from financial stewardship and business development to contract execution and client partnerships, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of accountability and excellence.
Before leading Red Brick, Heidi spent 27 years as Corporate Operations Manager for an oil production company, where she oversaw financial, regulatory, and operational functions across multiple facilities throughout Southern California.
Known for her strategic vision and disciplined execution, Heidi drives Red Brick’s continued growth and reputation as a trusted partner for complex infrastructure and construction initiatives nationwide.
