Intern Program
Red Brick’s Internship Program is where future leaders get their start. Most of our interns stay on and grow with us and many now shape the company at every level.
Interns work side by side with project teams and gain real responsibility fast. Over multiple summers or a semester long co op you get direct exposure to every phase of a project and the chance to prove what you can do.
We offer internships for students interested in project management or field leadership as well as roles in marketing accounting IT and safety. Red Brick also sponsors certifications and continuing education so you can build your skills and your career from day one.
